Not only that, but you’ll receive all the processes, documentation and training you need to make your own customisations and extensions.

As the service is based on automated and regularly scheduled operations, there is no need for individuals to repetitively produce reports – all the information is available to your chosen recipients through a clear and easy to use intranet which is provided as part of the product.

Which information is reported is determined from your own specific business needs. We will spend time consulting your business people on the type of information they value and the ways they would like it presented. Our experience can suggest things that have worked well in the past, or warn against potential problems with some aspects of the design.

We recognise that business requirements mature so the whole information system is flexible enough to easily support changes – whether they are in the content or the layout of the information.
