We do not keep client names, nor the names of any contacts, on computers that can be accessed from outside the company. Documents: such as reports, proposals, invoicing information and emails are stored encrypted, so even if the media is lost, the data cannot be read.
Data from client systems, that is either transferred to Dalleon Systems or held online as part of a web-enabled service does not contain any features that could be used to identify an originating organisation.
While the connection from clients to our web servers is not impenetratable, the lack of identifying fields means that any intercepting body cannot discover who the data refers to, unless they can trace your receiving system.
