Since the company started in 1996, I have come to the conclusion that to deliver a high quality product and to give you the best value, most of the time on an assignment should be working at clients' premises. By doing this we can keep an open dialog going, quickly become aware of any changes in your needs and so you can satisfy yourself of the progress the project is making. It also helps to include issues that may not be in the assignment brief, but are nevertheless important to you. Finally I have found that by working face-to-face, we can build a long-lasting relationship based on trust, that simply isn't possible using non-personal methods of communication.

| Check Your Server This is a 2 day health check of 1 server. It uses a structured method and produces a fixed format report at the end of the second day. |
Know Your Server An automated service to collect, manage and analyse your performance data. This gives you a web based information system with close to real-time data on all the servers in your organisation |
